Don’t Listen to Those Who Deride Religion!

Some times specially in these days we see that some people make fun of Islamic creeds or teachings and God’s orders. And some of us think that we believe in God’s words and there’s no problem in listening to these sayings and ridicules.

But Amir al-Mumineen (AS) has stated:
So the ear is obliged not to listen to forbidden things. Allah, the
Almighty, says:

Certainly He has sent down to you in the Book that when you hear God’s signs being disbelieved and derided, do not sit with them until they engage in some other discourse, or else you [too] will be like them. Indeed God will gather the hypocrites and the faithless in hell all together.

Man La Yahdhur, Vol. 2, P. 626

Thus reading, listening, and watching the texts, programs, clips, movies, etc. which have blasphemous contents that deride religion and sacraments are forbidden.
